What happens after you make a new website assessment request?

Your request for a new website assessment will be processed within 1 business day, at which point you will receive an email from [email protected] confirming your request. All requests must be confirmed before considered active.

A “business day” is between the hours of 9am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Any request made during business hours will be processed by the end of the following day (e.g. requests received during business hours on Tuesday will be replied to by 5pm on Wednesday).

Any request made outside of business hours will be processed within 1 business day from the start of the next day (e.g. requests received after 5pm on Friday will be replied to by 5pm the following Tuesday).

How much does a website assessment cost?

I charge a one-time flat rate of $250 for all website assessments. This fee will then be automatically discounted from the final price of the first package you purchase from jenn suz hoy following the assessment.

Am I obligated to hire you because you assessed my website?

No. The resulting report from the assessment is yours to keep and do with what you wish. The information it contains is helpful when hiring any website professional, not just me.
